Blue Bayou

We took a blue crème fraiche crossed it to the f1 sour biscotti then crossed it to the sour biscotti f2. This is a male sided backcross which should bring forth more of the characteristics of the paternal line. Expect insane coloring of red blue and purples. Varying nose. Slightly different than the biscotti fraiche, as this was first crossed to the f1 sour biscotti male. We found multiple blue raspberry and delicious cakey cookie phenotypes in this genepool. Very high yielding genepool.
