About this release
Blueberry (Fast) feminized seeds deliver the classic indica-dominant Blueberry profile with a significantly compressed flowering window, making this strain one of the most practical choices for growers who prioritize both quality and efficiency. A photoperiod feminized variety — not an autoflower — these seeds produce 100% female plants that finish faster than the original Blueberry without sacrificing the dense, resinous structure or the fruit-forward terpene expression the cultivar is known for. Genetics & Lineage
Blueberry (Fast) is built on DJ Short's original Blueberry genetics, a three-way indica-dominant cross tracing back to Thai, Purple Thai, and Afghani landrace lines developed in the 1970s and refined through the 1980s. The fast-flowering version introduces a ruderalis-derived early-finish trait through careful backcrossing, trimming approximately two to three weeks from the original flowering schedule while preserving the core indica structure and flavor genetics. The result is a stabilized feminized photoperiod strain with roughly 80% indica influence. Aroma, Flavour & Effects
The terpene profile is anchored by myrcene, which drives the deep berry sweetness and contributes to the strain's pronounced body effect. Caryophyllene adds a faint spiced warmth underneath the fruit, and linalool rounds the profile toward floral, almost lavender-adjacent notes that become more distinct during the cure. Fresh off the trim, expect a sweet blueberry jam aroma with subtle vanilla undertones. Combusted or vaporized, the flavour follows the nose closely — smooth, sweet, and mildly earthy on the exhale with very little harshness.
Effects are typically slow in onset — around 10 to 15 minutes — and settle into a full-body relaxation that is calming without being immediately sedating at moderate doses. Higher consumption tends toward heavier physical sedation, making evening or late-afternoon use the most practical fit. THC content typically sits between 17% and 20%, with
