About this release
Information on Blueberry Lobster Blueberry Lobster is a feminized photoperiod variety created by Cipher Genetics, a seed bank founded by Chris Lynch, former geneticist at Compound Genetics. With carefully selected genetics and an aromatic profile reminiscent of classic American varieties, this plant combines historical lineage with the freshness of new East Coast genetics. Genetics: Where Classic Legacy Meets the New School Blueberry Lobster is the result of crossing Blueberry by DJ Short with Blue Lobster, created by Maine Trees. The Blueberry phenotype was selected by Nobody’s Nursery as the finest phenotype ever found of this legendary variety, which itself originated from a historic cross between Afghani, Thai and Purple Thai. Blue Lobster combines Apples & Bananas with Eye Candy, originally developed within the Compound Genetics ecosystem. It went on to win three awards at the 2023 Zalympix, including runner-up for Best Overall on the East Coast. The result is a 70% indica / 30% sativa hybrid with a distinctive character and very high THC potential. Cultivation: Vigorous, Resinous and Adaptable Indoors, Blueberry Lobster develops vigorous vegetative growth, moderate stretch and a dense, bushy structure. Its flowering period lasts 8–9 weeks, producing compact and extremely resinous buds under optimal conditions. The plant responds well to space-optimization techniques such as SOG and SCROG. Its abundant trichome production also makes it an excellent candidate for extraction projects. With a moderate cultivation difficulty, it is suitable for growers with some experience. Outdoors, harvest takes place in late September or early October, making the variety well suited to mild climates. Its mold resistance is medium, so humidity should be monitored carefully during the final flowering phase. Overall productivity is medium to high indoors and outdoors. The dense, resinous buds display deep green tones with purple and violet reflections, orange pistils and a thick la
