About this release
Chitral Precious Treasure 1. ExSitu Chitral Precious Real old-time C. indica ssp. afghanica genetics. Also preserved since 1989 after Soviet army troops left Afghanistan, these seeds were originally collected in 1988 at Mingora Swat on the road to the Chitral, Pakistan border region. Chitral Precious is a plant of a broad leaflet drug type. Its sweet scent can be described as both robust and strong. 2. ExSitu Pakistan Treasure The very first seeds of this cultivar originated by hashish producing families from the surrounding regions of Balochistan. They were obtained toward the end of the 1980s in the Khyber Pass area during several transits of miscellaneous goods from Pakistan to Afghanistan. This cultivar has two distinct phenotype expressions. Both of these Pakistan Treasure types are strong and vigorous plants, with dark green and thick overlapping leaflets
