About this release
Greasy Spoon is a cross made with Skunk Tek's, and Mean Gene's popular GMO Rootbeer BX1 clone crossed to an MSG male from Covert Genetics. The male used in the cross had a strong green onion odor and showed excellent resistance, especially to cold temps, pests, and mildew. Greasy Spoon does well indoors, outdoors, or in a greenhouse. The structure is very GMO dominant, with strong branches that stretch nicely and decorated with long frosty colas that yield loads of hash with beautiful dark purple leaves. As the name Greasy Spoon suggests, the flavor is complex, savory, earthy, funky, foul, and fuel. Describing the combination of intense aromas and flavors in the cross seems daunting; imagine an old-school dinner or truck stop with all the busy patrons. It's loud as fuck, strong hot black coffee being served by the gallons, garlic and onions sizzling on the grill alongside hash and toast. Loggers’ boots and truckers’ breath, this cross is more OG than Compton in the 90s and more Chem than the DuPont Company. Greasy Spoon has become a staple and the backbone of many other dank projects
