About this release
Philosopher Seeds has created the Jamaican Blueberry Bx looking to offer a fast-flowering Sativa with bluish and reddish buds. This strain comes from a collaboration with the guys from Old School Genetics, who backcrossed the legendary Jamaican Blueberry Marley's Cut (from the renowned forum cannabiscafe) with a Socaldawg male plant.
It grows vigorously and fast, looking slender like a good Old School Sativa. It develops long and robust side branches and easily yields 500gr/m2 in indoor cultivation. The buds are sugary and big and are completely covered with a thick layer of trichomes. They can become bluish/reddish at the end of the bloom stage, a trait inherited from the Blueberry parent.
It shows its full potential when planted in the ground and absolutely loves organic nutrients. It is not recommended for hydroponic systems since its Jamaican genes are not suited for growing media with high levels of oxygen.
The flowering period takes around 55-60 days, a very short bloom for a plant with such Sativa features. The scent is lemony and incensed with floral notes.
The effect is creative, happy and euphoric (it contains 17% THC), which makes it ideal for socializing and having fun. 70% Sativa - 30% Indica hybrid
