About this release
Background Purple Urkle is believed to be an inbred line dating back to at least 1989, and possibly much earlier. Its origins are thought to lie in a pure Indica variety, most likely from Afghanistan or Pakistan. It reached Northern California’s medical cannabis clubs in the mid-1990s and has enjoyed an excellent reputation ever since. Characteristics and Breeding Purple Urkle has been widely used in breeding programs for its unmistakable purple coloration, distinctive aroma, and overall stability. Their stud, P75, was used to pollinate Purple Urkle with the goal of achieving faster flowering and more vigorous vegetative growth. Performance Although this hybrid remains untested, all of their previous P75 crosses have been spectacular. P75 is also the father of Apollo 13. Genetics Purple Urkle x P75
