About this release

These seeds originate from a unique plant selected during the previous season from a population of Laotian landrace sativas cultivated in Thailand. Among all the plants grown, this was the only individual to express an exceptionally delicate red coloration in its flowers, making it a truly rare and visually distinctive expression. This is not a stabilized variety, but rather the offspring of a focused phenohunt in which only this single mother plant displayed the specific red floral pigmentation and associated traits. As such, it represents an experimental and exploratory genetic line, ideal for growers and collectors interested in discovering uncommon phenotypes within authentic Southeast Asian landrace populations. Technical Data – Laos Red ExpressionType | Landrace strain Format | Regular seeds Genetics | 100 % Sativa Indoor flowering | 14–18 weeks Outdoor harvest | December Yield | Medium Recommended latitude | 0º – 37º Plant Structure & AppearancePure tropical sativa of medium stature, producing foxtailed flowers with striking and atypical violet-red to reddish floral expressions. The open structure favors airflow and contributes to its strong resistance against fungal issues in humid climates. Growing TipsThis genetic line performs well in a wide range of environments but is especially suited for outdoor cultivation in warm, tropical, and subtropical climates. It shows excellent resistance to heat, heavy rain, wind, and fungal pressure, making it a solid choice for challenging outdoor conditions
