About this release
A limited cultivar from ETHOS Genetics, Sour OG Cheese (SOGC) is an Indica-dominant hybrid with the best traits of its parents combined. This genotype is known for strong growth, exceptional trichome coverage, and fantastic yields of dense buds. The plant stature is medium/bushy, with exceptionally sturdy stems that support truly massive foliage (especially the fan leaves powering secondary branches, which can grow to over 1 ft. long!). Internode spacing is large, and branches tend to be malleable, yet not brittle, often growing in straight lines or in long, bow-like arcs curving outward/upward. SOGC is an excellent option for a high-yield, easy-to-grow cultivar that doesn't sacrifice quality, testing at 〉30% total cannabinoids! It stinks; in a good way. Rubbing the beautiful lime-green stem of the aptly-named SOGC will blast you with a pungent, cheesy preview of the dank to come, with mature buds that reek of funky, cheesy perfection with sour/musky/floral undertones. SOGC perfectly balances the powerful relaxation of a potent Indica with uplifting Sativa energy, creating long-lasting euphoria without extreme fatigue or couch-lock. The medical benefits of SOGC are numerous, but many recommend it specifically to patients who need to manage chronic pain while maintaining active lifestyles. Seeds are usually out of stock, but clones are available from Intergalactic Cannabis on Strainly. Sour OG Cheese is a thirsty strain, often appearing underwatered sooner than other strains. Defoliation is key for this one; major branches grow very low on the main stalk, and enormous fan leaves quickly crowd the center foliage, blocking light from reaching the bottommost foliage and forming a breeding ground for fungal diseases
