Suga' Shine

The Suga' Shine was bred and selected from our Undertow breeding project, it's parent the Undertow was selected for the Cookies brand by Berner. We wanted to explore what breeding the undertow to one of our all time favorites the Sugar Berry Scone would offer, and in this case were happily presented with a beautiful mix of both parents. Concord grape, blueberry, pastry dough, and petrol weave seamlessly together to offer a complex intersection of flavors.
