AKG’s latest release, Taleggio, is their second hybrid using the famed Exodus Cheese mother plant. Highly regarded the world over, the Cheese has a corn-syrup like sweetness that has made it famous since 1988. The offspring is a mix of head high with a complimentary body stone, all without being too devastating or making people lethargic. Training is encouraged with this cross, as is early staking and/or tying.
