Tropical Flame is a cross between US strains. On the one hand, the mother is the famous Forbidden Fruit, a Tangie hybrid with strong citric aromas and a very strong orange flavour with an earthy background. Tangie is easily recognisable by all smokers who have ever had the pleasure of growing or tasting it. Certainly, it is a genuine genetics with strong tropical orange terpenes. On the other hand, the father is Hot Rod by Dungeons Vault Genetics, a Motorbreath x Grandpa's Breath hybrid, a very fashionable strain in US. This lineage contains genetics such as Chemdog D, SFV OG and Grandaddy Purple. Hot Rod is a "stinky" plant, so it is recommended to use carbon filters during cultivation to avoid problems with odours. Hot Rod produces 5-star quality resin with gassy terpenes. Tropical Flame has a flowering period of about 8-9 weeks, with the harvest ready in early October outdoors. It produces a very good yield of dried flower.
