Watermelon

Watermelon is a legendary hybrid cross that goes by many different names, being more famously known as East Coast Watermelon or Watermelon Kush. Originating on the the East-Coast, close to the VT/MA border. Watermelon originally started as a breeding project to create a cultivar that had a highly medicinal chemovar-profile, providing soothing anti-anxiety and anti-depressant properties. Watermelon was originally bred outdoors via open pollination, and retains strong grape / berry undertones that are inherited from terroir influence. Watermelon was bred outdoors in a garden filled with a variety of wild blackberries, strawberries and grapes, which greatly contribute to the diverse terpene-profile.
