Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). AmnesiaZ is an encounter between the mythical Dutch Amnesia and a Watermelon Zkittlez selected clon. The coveted Amnesia clone by Hy-Pro, used to develop AmnesiaZ, is a well-known genetic selection that needs no introduction. It has been awarded in many cannabis cups, and it is one of the most productive and fastest plants. It also has been a best seller in Dutch Coffee Shops for a long time. Amnesia is a vigorous plant that produces compact flowers with a powerful citrus incense aroma. It delivers a yield of up to 600g per m2 in less than 60 days.
