Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide

Indica 50%Sativa 50%

Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Aussie Chew

This cultivar was produced special for my friends in Austrailia. The Aussie IBL was a super interesting strain, anazing floaral terps, but low yield, crossed it with one of our bigger yielders to fix that issue, but also adding an intesne terp proile. We then pollinated our favourite Dantes chew we found. This cultivar is ALL AUSSIE!
