Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide

Indica 70%Sativa 30%

Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Baghlan Hindu

Indica Dominant Flower Cycle: 56-63 days Collected from the Baghlan provence in Afghanistan, these are comparable to the Purple Pakistani displaying varying degrees of purple, one in particular nearly black. Seeds were retained from three females; a lighter purple female that filled out the best, a very dark girl that yielded modest but potent flower and finally one that fell in between the two. Stock from each female will be packed individually with number 1 being the yielder and 3 the darkest
