Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide
Indica 50%Sativa 50%
Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Baldy
Looking for a high yielding, low-odour strain? This is the one! We have always found Big Bud all by itself to be quite plain with only a mediocre high. Sure it yields great, but its not exceptional pot. Crossing Big Bud with our Northern Lights #5 has produced a medium sized plant with a great yield, low odour, and a good solid high that is missing in the Big Bud, whos taste has been improved greatly in this cross Flowering Time: 50-60 days
Height at maturity: 4-5 feet
Yield: up to 150 grams
Heritage: Big Bud x N.L.#5 (F-1 hybrid)
