Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide

Indica 50%Sativa 50%

Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Baller

Baller® is a crossbred polyhybrid. STRAIN INSIGHTS: 1. Canton Kush® originates from the combination of female Stark County Kush® and male Stark County Kush®. This results in it being classified as an inbred line (IBL) because all parent plants belong to the same Stark County Kush® strain. The "1" in "IBL1" signifies the initial generation of this inbred line. 2. G4118 This fem only seed came into existence through the intentional s1 of an original legacy 2018 G41 temporal capture. A isolated monster phenotype known internally here at Silberhaze as “The Breaker of Ceilings.” If you are familiar with legendary California strains, you’ll know it the second you taste those terps. In summary, "Baller®" could be categorized as an F1 (generation) hybrid, but it is more accurately described as a polyhybrid strain. This classification arises from the blending of an inbred line ("Canton Kush® IBL1") and "G4118". Specific terminology used may vary based on each breeder's naming conventions, knowledge, and style. For this particular cultivar, we have not assigned the filial generation or additional nomenclature
