Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide
Indica 30%Sativa 70%
Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Bangi Haze x Ethiopian
Elegant african sativa hybrid between congolese and ethiopian sativas, uniform and vigorous, of medium/large size, which develops powerful side branches with enough strength and flexibility to support the great yield that this sativa offers. Thanks to the introduction of Bangi Haze, the flowering of the ethiopian is shortened by 3 weeks, recreating a much more complex african terpene profile, increasing significantly the production of flowers and resins, and further enhancing the euphoric and electric effects, already remarkable by themselves in both strains. Bangi Haze x Ethiopian allows us to enjoy the excellent tropical sativa qualities of the ethiopian, with its euphoric effect and delicate aromas, with more moderate flowering times and in climates where plants must flower with rain and low temperatures.
