Bear Creek Seed Breeder Collective, established in the Basque Country, is at the origin of the selection and the stabilization of the most beautiful Beldia parents. Through their work and in collaboration with Author Seeds, they made this new feminized cannabis strain available for 2020. A breeder from Bear Creek Collective told us how the project for this landrace was launch. Plants came in our hands directly from Morocco from a Moroccan hash producer, he wanted the Beldia to be developed as feminized seeds, and so began our journey which was about selecting and backcrossing. Knowing that the original Beldia seeds （male & female） were given by the local growers themselves is something very important for the cannabis seeds collectors, and this surely helped in the quality of the selection when compared to others methods used to obtain landrace cannabis seeds.
