Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). About Beldia
Beldia by French Touch: a Sativa Landrace from the Rif region
It is a 100% Sativa plant native from the Moroccan Rif Mountains. It is a plant that grows at a good altitude, endures dry and hot climates, a lack of nutrients and pests attacks. These qualities make it ideal for guerrilla cultivation. Cultivated both outdoors and in an indoor grow tent shows a rapid development. Acquiring a medium-low size typical Sativa columnar structure, with narrow leaflets and spiky and hairy flowers that are gathered as bulky buds. This structural morphology ensures very good results in the hands of all growers. It should be considered that since it is a very early plant, it can flower prematurely in case of severe stress by functioning as an auto-flowering plant.
