Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide
Indica 50%Sativa 50%
Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Bigaradine
Bigaradine: a potent and unique terpene profile
Aficionado French Connection created this variety from a cross between two of the most terpene-rich varieties in their catalogue, Orange Sorbet (Sangria x (Cherry Noir # 18 x Sorbeto ) was used as a mother and Ztarbust (Zkittlez x Agent Orange) x (Forbidden Fruit x Pineapple Thai BX) was used as a pollen donor after a long breeding period. This cross is a hybrid with Sativa dominance, but is still easy to control despite a fairly significant stretch during the flowering phase. Do not hesitate to apply different cultivation techniques in order to develop the secondary branches and thus improve the harvest which can amount to as much as 600g per m² indoors. It will respond very well to the SCROG technique. Indoors it will be ready to harvest after 9 weeks flowering, which is relatively fast for a Sativa-dominant hybrid. Outdoors, the harvets can take place from September to October, depending on the phenotypes cultivated and the conditions of cultivation. Bigaradine: resistant and high-yielding
Outdoors, Bigaradine is very resistant to mould and will need supports to hold the weight of the buds during flowering. Regardless of the growin
