Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Blue Pop
For Kaonashi 🫡 We took our Star Supremacy mother, with the most supreme traits - and crossed it with our massively yielding and lemon rind scented Bahama Peel. As part of our musical artist strain collaborations, we wanted this strain to be as heavy as Kaonashi - and it almost is. Don't expect the sativa dominant Bahama Peel effects in most phenos - the face-drooping effect of the star supremacy take front and center here. We ran almost 2 dozen phenos of Blue Pop, and virtually all of them were WAY above average yielders, while still maintaining the unique quality of the Star Supremacy. We did find a couple recessive, Bahama peel dominant phenos (that were admittedly my favorite), so don't expect monotony here!
