Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). Boom Boom is a Sour Diesel x Pink 2.0 cross that has been tested at an amazing 25.2% THC and a whopping 30.3% of cannabinoids so you just know that this is one marijuana strain that is going to be in great demand by medicinal users. This indica/sativa hybrid grows into a medium-sized plant at around 122 cm. yielding approximately 1000 gr. (yes, one kilo) of primo buds indoors when allowed to grow unfettered following a reasonable veg. period. Boom Boom grows well indoors, outdoors and in a greenhouse although outdoor growers will have much more successful results in warmer climates than in more temperate ones. Flowering takes a short 8 - 9 weeks indoors; outdoors she will be ready for you to harvest during the month of October in the northern hemisphere. Buds develop with a very dense structure and are coated with resin. The aroma of this strain is very sour and Skunky with a deliciously sour taste that will have you coming back for more. It's a fantastic strain to chill out with yet remains quite motivational and not at all couch-lock.
