Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). About BOP
Banana, Orange, Pineapple, our favorite pheno is a tropical juice bomb tasting like a ripe smoothie. Overloaded with tropical fruit esters that will transport you into flip-flops & sand. Others have the earthy dirt funk from ‘Diamond Glands’ while retaining some Banana, giving a new ‘Banana Kush’ like flavor, gassy & complex. Mixed pheno hash turned out greasy & melty. Depending on banger temp all three flavors can come forward. Large Nubby, high surface area plants; a lot of biomass to wash. Large weak-neck glands mainly, some multi-glands. Hash yield of 118g per meter (~10 sqft) of 70-150 micron, total of first 2 washes.
