When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The Buttermint was created by the crossing of #FirstClassGenetics Zpumoni (Zkittlez x SFV OG x Gelato 33) to the Cantucci. The result is an incredible cultivar that checks all the boxes; color, yield, bag appeal, flavor, and potency. Lots of deep purples and blue streaking especially during the flush. She produces large spear-shaped colas that do not break under pressure. The average stretch during the flower is 2x. Most phenos are a blend of creamy vanilla Zkittlez with milk chocolate.
