When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). Top and train early and often as with any OG Kush hybrid, expect knock-down potency and flavors like cooling menthol and sweet spearmint with an exhale of earthy peat moss and a diesel fuel aftertaste. Five star cannabis!
