Carmagnola CS Strain

Carmagnola CS is a selected phenotype of the Italian dioecious hemp variety Carmagnola, bred mainly for biomass but also also giving great resuts in hemp seed production. The selected version was developed for improved fibre production and has the same structure, harvest time and cannabinoid profile as th eriginal variety, but only grows to a maximum of 5-5.5m in height, whereas the mother Carmagnola can exceed 6.5m. Carmagnola CS is a hardy hemp variety, easy to grow, very versatile and adapted to growing conditions in Northern, Central and Southern Europe, needing no special care. ItThe complete life cycle of the plants is from 160 to 180 days, with plants growing as tall as 6 metres. When grown for biomass, yields will be from 10-15 tons per hectare, cultivated for seeds, production will be around 400-600kg per hectare, and when grown for flowers you can expect 600-1000kg per hectare.
