When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The CBD Northern Lights is Seedstockers new high CBD and low THC （below 0,5%） variety. This indica dominant is a strong plant with a really compact structure and classic broad indica leaves. You can grow this incredible variety indoors, outdoors or in a greenhouse. It has been selected by our breeders because it is easy to grow and can handle any plant deficiencies well.The flowers are huge and compact, so we recommend using a net to support the heavy buds during flowering, and to prevent the branches from breaking. This is a fast-flowering plant, 8 weeks in total, sometimes it may look ready after 7 weeks, but we recommend waiting the extra week to make sure you are getting the best cannabinoids / terpenes profile. Outdoors, this strain is ready at the end of September / beginning of October （northern hemisphere）. The smell and taste are awesome, incredibly sweet and earthy with some gassy tones. From our analysis we have seen that this amazing plant is rich in Alfa-Pinene, Beta-Myrcene, Terpinolene and d-Limonene. If you’re looking for an easy to grow, heavy yielding strain, with low THC and high CBD, you don’t have to look further!!!
