When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). Bred by our friends at Dragons Flame Genetics, Garlic Breath x Modified Macberry Moonshine was sent to me as testers, in these testers, there were multiple nice plants and all were quite homogenous in regards to structure, morphology, smell, and effect. Only real difference I noticed was colors, but surely there is a lot more of a difference on a molecular level.
