Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide
Indica 100%
Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Chitral
The first thing that draws attention is its spicy and earthy aroma, typical of some of the most popular Pakistani lines. Notes of black pepper or cloves are common in many of the plants, with an earthy and slightly woody aftertaste. The effect is relaxing and perfect to end the day calmly and in a good mood, plunging the user into a pleasant lethargy and you will want to come out of it only to eat something! A great variety to combat states of anxiety and sleep problems, very useful also to stimulate appetite and treat eating disorders. Flowering time: 8-9 weeks indoors and late september - early october outdoors (northern hemisphere)
