When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). About Clone Chief's SVT 40
The AK47 (f) selected for breeding was of an indica dominate with some single blade growth phenotype that exhibited variegated foliage. It was pollinated with a 20:1 backcrossed (Bx1) Cannatonic (m). Due to AK47's genetic lineage being directly of landrace "heirloom" descent, it gives this F1 progeny a 3 in 4 probability of exhibiting CBD dominant chemotypes! Vegetative time will be 4-8 weeks from seed and expect an 8-12 week flowering time frame as some F1 progeney is expected to be slow vegging and flowering. Expect medium to large airy/fluffy conical green buds with red pistils from most and the rare varigated foliage. You can also expect a sweet and spice skunk with citrus and pine undertone aromatics. I would suggest a SCROG or an LST training method to support branches as expected progeny will have large calyxes and may buckle under the weight like it's parent Cannatonic
