Chronic & neuropathic pain & cannabis

The National Academies found substantial evidence that cannabis/cannabinoids improve chronic pain in adults — the strongest evidence base of any use. The effect is real but modest, and a Cochrane review of neuropathic pain judged the quality low-to-moderate with potential harms for some, so benefit is meaningful for a minority rather than universal.
