Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide

Indica 70%Sativa 30%

Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Cosmic Lights

Cosmic Lights Feminized is a cross between Northern Lights and G13 Hashplant from Sensi Seeds. She smells of pine and lemony citrus and tastes like it smells. It apparently likes to grow with a lot of purple hue as well. The indica high is a creeper, coming up slowly, eventually hitting smokers with a heavy feeling of total relaxation. Patients look to Cosmic Lights for severe pain, nausea, and appetite loss. Also, it is good for stress relief and insomnia. It is also good general relief for PTSD. Flowering period is 8 to 9 weeks
