Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). About Dama Blanca
Dama Blanca (White Lady) results from the inbreeding of White Widow, a strain that originated itself in India and Brazil. It grows to medium size and has an excellent flavour with a touch of fruit. Its aroma is reminiscent of fresh pineapples still on their plants. The effect is strong on both the mind and the body but is not full couch-lock. It performs well in a SOG set up.
