Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide

Indica 70%Sativa 30%

Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Dewberry

Indica Dominant Dewberry was bred for its terpenes, bag appeal and heavy yields. Dewberries are very similar to blackberries with a sweeter more potent taste. The blooms are completely purple with green foliage from start to finish! The nose on these buds are of a freshly baked blackberry pie! The grower can expect 500+ grams in outdoor field production. Dewberry has a 9 week photoperiod. This is a high testing cultivar in the cannabis sector with an amazing uniformity! (12 seasons of inbreeding) This is the most stable germplasm we've seen in the adult use cannabis arena. We recommend no more than two toppings on this cultivar. The potent aromas gassing off these buds sell themselves !!
