Type I
THC-dominant
Terpene profile most dominant first
Chemotype — the cannabinoid and terpene profile — is the signal that stays true to a cultivar’s genetics, which is why scientists classify cannabis by chemical profile (a “chemovar”) rather than by name (Hazekamp & Fischedick 2012). The dominant terpenes below are aggregated from community and lab reporting; aroma and effect associations are preliminary and not medical claims. Lab-verified COA profiles roll out as Areto’s data comes online.
Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide
Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Diablo
Beautiful purple outdoor strain, Selectively breed outdoors from Blueberry, Grapefruit, and South African sativa genetics. Finishes in the end of sept outdoors.
Grown throughout Vancouver Island with great results, likes to spread out in a good way. Nice blend of the spicy sativa and the fruity indica’s, you will enjoy. Seedlings: 6-8 feet tall
Clones: 5-6 feet tall with more side branches
Indoors: 6-7 weeks
Outdoors: September 20-30 (BC) Our Diablo strain was originally breed as an outdoor strain but has always been a great indoor plant as well. It has a sativa look and structure with nice dense buds. Very smooth flavour with spicy undertones. The Grapefruit and Blueberry in its patentage bring alot of resin and sweet flavor to these buds. The earlier flowering Sativa genetics brings a great up high and more exotic taste. It really stretches alot when put into flower and matures very quickly. There is a slight variation of finishing times by about a week, but all plants easily finish budding by end of september or 6 - 7 weeks indoors. Two different Pheno types are evident when you grow these seeds: one grows taller(5-8 feet) and finishes about sept25-30, the other is about 3-4 fee
