When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). Flowering Time: 63 -70 days It’s no secret that some of the most legendary strains in America have come from my home state of VA. We had names like “Afghan” “Nigerian” “Northern Lights”, and of course “Super Skunk”. We had it good. It’s no wonder I fell in love with all things kind bud and decided to make my whole life revolve around this plant. The VA Beach Afghani certainly isn’t the same bud we used to be lucky enough to score only known as “Afghan”, but she is a gem on her own. Expect medium sized plants with thick heavy flowers with a flavor that satisfies the haze and afghan senses, soaked in gas.
