Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide
Indica 70%Sativa 30%
Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Dorothy
regular
- indoor & outdoor
- Indoors flowering time about 50 days
- Indoor yield: 350g/m2
- Outdoors: end of September
- Yield Outdoors up to 400g / plant
- Indica 75% / Sativa 25%
- Genotype: Strawberry x Harlox Dorothy was created from a cross between our Strawberry and a Harlox male. The Harlox male was chosen because of its vigorous growth (a trunk like a tree) and its strong scent of Bubba Kush on this very trunk.
As expected, this male had no CBD in it, but can only pass on THC genes. Most of the offspring of this cross have an earthy, spicy aroma with slight chocolate and grapefruit undertones. Unfortunately, it is not very productive, but the dense, resinous flowers make up for it.
The plant grows stocky like a typical indica. The flowering time is very short for such a high THC (over 15%) content.
The name Dorothy appears in many movies and like the Dorothys in these movies, our Dorothy is also a small mysterious creature with many facets and peculiarities
