Global Seeds hat bis 1999 eine Early Bud/Bonsai angeboten, diese hat sich als vorzügliche automatische Sorte (frei von Lowrydergenen) herausgestellt. Diese Seeds wurden damals aus Legalitätsgründen als Angelköder verkauft. Es erfolgte durch die Polizei ein Bust in den Geschäftsräumen von Global Seeds im Herbst 1999 in Lübeck, bei dem sämtliche Early Bud / Bonsai Genetiken beschlagnahmt und vernichtet wurden
