Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). Estus is a fast flowering indica dominant hybrid that is a cross of Kumquat (clementine X purple people eater) and purple vapor (grand daddy purp X grandpa's breath) Vegative growth is slightly slower than most but produces sticky stems with purple and pink flowers on green leaves and medium to high yields.
