When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). Fiona OG is a cross of a very potent oldschool Norcal indica cut and Banana OG F3 by Zoolander seeds. The mother was brought up to the PNW from a farm in northern Cali by an old head around 2010-2012. She is an oldschool indica with a very heavy stone that knocks you straight into the couch.
