Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide
Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). About First Lady
First Lady is a pure Afghani seed-strain offering the uniformity and rich flavour of old-time cultivars backed up with the vigour and punch of modern hybrid cannabis. This strain's direct ancestors originate in Afghanistan and Pakistan, in the high-altitude passes and lower steppes of the Hindu Kush, between Chitral and Kandahar.
