Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide

Indica 70%Sativa 30%

Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Foo Dog

This is the exact same line as the OG Squared. We nicknamed her because she showed some very impressive, spectacular plants. We fell in love with this line. Foo was in reference to the F-cut OG used in this breeding. The breeding goals were almost the same as the Yeti. Instead of backcrossing the UD on this line we used the F-cut. Then came the linebreading to create the FooDog F3. Expect to find large sativa type plants that grow into the sun. This line will yield forearm size buds along the main colas outdoors and indoors. Expect large yields of hard kush type flowers on this line. The F-cut is dominant in this breeding. Potency and taste have all transitioned very well
