When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). Forbidden pie is a terpene rich hybrid that brings a range of sweet berries and ‘baked’ crust terps, orange cream candy, and everything in between those flavors. Very vigorous plants, produces well. Pie leaning phenos will exhibit shorter vertical growth, tighter internodes more rounded flower shape and finishes around day 56 or less.. forbidden fruit leaning phenotypes will show more dominant vertical growth, more ‘speary’ shaped colas and terpenes that lean towards orange cream candy and finishes around days 60-70.
