Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide
Indica 50%Sativa 50%
Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Gakman
Gakman (Manchego #1 x GakSlurry) was created after selecting a male Gakslurry and pollenating it and taking to a female Manchego pheno #1. Gakman has notes of pungent melon around day 56-65. Around day 70-80 you smell a visible terpene change from melon to skunky cheese. Gakman is a Medium to High Yield depending on the training of the plant. Gakman produces phenomenal hash rosin with its unique terps!
