Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide
Indica 70%Sativa 30%
Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Ghost Pie
A cross between Kentucky Pie (Strawnana Sherbert x Key Lime Pie) and Ghost Tonic, Ghost Pie is one of the fruitiest terpene profiles to date. Most phenos exhibit strong strawberry and grape with some lime backing. Some phones will express the fruit mixed with skunk and gas. Plants are very indica dominant in growth. Short, bushy with giant fat fingered fan leaves. Flowers are large and dense, coated in trichomes and mostly lime green with some pink and purple tones
