Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide
Indica 70%Sativa 30%
Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Gozzila
Gozzilla was born in 2022, and is the result of crossing our own selection of Grounded Genetics' Ozark (Ozark #3) with the famous Gorilla Glue. This combination yields an exceptionally resinous offspring with uniform terpene profiles ranging from rich leather to lime, depending on the phenotype and the predominance of one terpene over the other. During its growth stage, Gozzilla improves upon the nutritional demands of Gorilla Glue, which required special care. In this case, the offspring proves to be 90% more resistant, resulting in larger flowers and refreshing notes of fruits and citrus. Gozzilla tends to exhibit a pronounced apical dominance but boasts sturdy branches that respond positively to pruning and training. The flowering period varies between 55 and 75 days, with the fastest phenotype flowering in 55 days and the slowest in 75 days
