Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). Grape Sherb is the first feminized variety marketed by the Maui Jane Seed Co. It is a hardy cross of two famous clone-only varieties, Maui’s own SkunkdogPK and the world famous Sunset Sherbet. Here you will find varying pheno types that represent each parent and some phenos that are the perfect combination of both. The Sunset Sherb adds much sweetness to the hybrid while the SkunkdogPK offers her extreme terpene profile as well as great resistance to fungus attacks. The smoke is smooth and satisfying, a favorite amongst connoisseurs. She produces vigorous broad leaf plants that will quickly outgrow most other varieties
