Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The Grape is an old school Blueberry late 1990'S from DJ Short, which as it cures it takes on a grape taste. To add vigor we crossed it to an old seed bank strain of sk x nl#5, seed stock from 1989.
